Conscious Dating, special edition: The Slow & Gentle Touch

This special slow and gentle touch version of our Conscious Dating events is for people who are curious about relating with others in a less verbal, more physical way.
We are going slow to be sure that we all feel safe in our own bodies and then moving into relating to others. You will meet most of the participants in small exercises that are designed to create authenticity and presence.
What will happen?
We set off with our own bodies making sure we leave the outside world behind and truly become present with mindfulness.
We move into fun, and often, eye opening boundary games to be mindful of how boundaries feels in the body and how to communicate and set boundaries with each other in a way that is respectful to both self and the other.
We will play with gaze and tantric breath to rise the energy/calm the body down. We will play with movement – leading/following each other.
We will use delightful light touch to connect, to get to know each other and to feel pleasure on our skin.
Good to know:
– You are FREE to opt in or out of exercises at any time!
– If you don’t feel comfortable being in close proximity with new people you might find our other Conscious Dating events more to you liking 
– If you are curious about Tantra? Some of the exercises are tantra-like, however there will be no nudity or sexual/genital touching
